The Jammu and Kashmir High Court quashed Dukhtaran-e-Millat chief Aasiya Indrabi's detention under Public Safety Act on Thursday.
Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir quashed directed the State government to release her if she was not wanted in any other case.
Ms. Indrabi was arrested in August last for allegedly fuelling protests during the summer unrest in Kashmir.
