O R D E R 
Leave granted.
In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the appellant has already deposited Rs.20 lacs and the appeal filed by the appellant before the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority was dismissed for non-depositing the amount, as directed. The Writ Petition filed against that order was also dismissed. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of these cases, when the appellant has already deposited Rs.20 lacs, we direct the appellant to deposit another sum of Rs.10 lacs within four weeks from today and on depositing of such amount, the appeal filed by the appellant will be revived and the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority will decide the same expeditiously.

Interim order, if any, will continue till the disposal of the appeal.

With these observations, the appeals are disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. ...................J.
