Wife chopped off husband’s penis while he slept after finding out he was cheating

A wife chopped off her husband’s penis with a kitchen knife as he slept after she found out he was being unfaithful. Karuna Sanusan, 24, allegedly waited until Siripan, 40, had fallen asleep before cutting off the organ with a 12-inch knife. Police say she then hurled the detached penis out of the bedroom window to make it harder to find.

Neighbours heard his howls of pain and called police at around 6.20am this morning in Sriracha, Thailand. Officers put the severed penis in an ice box for surgeons to attempt to re-attach but medics said the re-attachment was impossible. Karuna, originally from Cambodia, was arrested and is being held in custody over the attack.

She allegedly told officers she had recently discovered her husband had been seeing different women and had planned to cut off his penis in revenge.
