Regional transport offices (RTO) at Ahmedabad, Vastral and Gandhinagar have started off the pilot project from Thursday where all the new applications for learner’s licence for twowheeler, three-wheeler and four-wheelers have to come through their website . The applicants can choose the date and time when they want to appear for the exam and check the availability. According to RTO officials, the new system in place will not only save time and efforts of the applicant but will also reduce paperwork.
