The Gujarat High Court notified on 7-1-22 that it has implemented an online e-court fees platform on a pilot basis.
lawyers and parties can procure and make an online payment for e-court fees for any case already filed or a case yet to be filed in the High Court of Gujarat.
Advocates or parties on successful online payment will receive an e-court fee receipt as a PDF, which then must be submitted to the registry as the e-court fee instrument in the case.
The High Court’s registry will verify the same and update it as locked/consumed for the particular case as 'court fee paid'.
