New Delhi:The CBI on Thursday filed two separate chargesheets against suspended Nalco CMD A K Srivastava and three others, who were arrested in a bribery case, for criminal conspiracy, forgery, impersonation and other offences. In the chargesheet filed before chief metropolitan magistrate Vinod Yadav, the CBI charged Srivastava, wife Chandani, alleged conduit B L Bajaj and wife Anita. The agency also filed a chargesheet for offences under Prevention of Corruption Act against the accused.
